Australian Returns & Refund Policy

Rat Dog Drinks is a small business and customer satisfaction is our priority. Please treat our team members with courtesy and patience whilst we assist you to the best of our ability. 

Exchange FAQ

Change of mind: Return freight needs be paid by the customer & a store credit will be provided. Rat Dog Drinks will cover the re-delivery freight free in the case a product is exchanged, provided the original order was over $150 (out bound freight).

Refunds are not eligible if the customer has changed their mind or ordered incorrectly. Please ensure you order carefully. We hope you understand as we're a small business & can't afford to absorb both outbound freight & return freight charges. We will provide a store credit.

Incorrectly shipped products: Will be exchanged for the correct product at our expense as per our correct order guarantee.
Sale Products: Return freight needs to be covered by customers & are non-refundable, a store credit will be issued. 

Refunds: In the event a refund is mutually agreed upon. Rat Dog Drinks will apply a re-stock fee of $5, and we will also deduct any out-of-pocket expenses such as shipping costs and any merchant fees that rat dog drinks has incurred due to your order being refunded.

If you receive any product that you are unsatisfied with for any reason, simply contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your purchase, provide us with the details & we will work with you for a positive outcome. 

Rat Dog Drinks will make sure we complete any returns, exchanges & refunds as quick as possible.

Exchange Process

Exchange Terms & Conditions
All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with packaging intact (unless faulty). Please ensure all returned items are free from marks, stains and damage as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).

Packaging Goods
When returning boxed or packaged goods please ensure you pack them safely & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we may not accept your return.

Returns may take up to 2 business days to be assessed upon rat dog drinks receiving the stock back at the warehouse.

Rat Dog Drinks is an independent retailer. Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact sales@ratdogdrinks.com.au as soon as possible.

Refunds will normally be processed within two (2) business days or when the accounts team is available next. Exactly how long a refund takes after we have processed it on our end - is out of our control.
